Is InsuCalm safe to take daily ?

Yes, InsuCalm is designed to be safe for daily use. All ingredients are natural and generally well-tolerated. For best results, we recommend making it part of your daily wellness routine. 

As with any herbal blend, if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before using it regularly.

Where is InsuCalm made?

All ingredients are hand-crafted and blended in small batches at our Australian facility to ensure maximum freshness, quality, and consistency. 

We also maintain humidity- and temperature-controlled storage to preserve the integrity.

Does it contain any caffeine, sugar, or additives?

No – InsuCalm is completely free from caffeine, added sugars, and artificial additives.

How is this different from other herbal teas?

Can I use this as part of a fasting routine ?

Yes, InsuCalm can be a supportive addition to your fasting routine, as it contains no calories, sugars, or caffeine, and is made entirely from natural, plant-based ingredients.

Many of the herbs in InsuCalm—such as cinnamon, ginger, and rooibos—have been traditionally used to support digestion and promote metabolic balance, which may complement your fasting goals.

However, if you are fasting for medical reasons or are on specific medications (especially for blood sugar management), we strongly recommend consulting your healthcare provider.

Do InsuCalm Blends treat diabetes,  pre-diabetes,  or insulin resistance ?

NO,  InsuCalm Blends are not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any medical conditions. 

Our products are designed to support general wellbeing and should not be used as a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for personalised medical guidance. 

InsuCalm Blend-8

  1. Shake the pouch gently to ensure the herbal tea blend is evenly mixed. 
  2. Add 1 1⁄2 teaspoon of the herbal tea blend (approximately 3-5g) into a cup of freshly boiled water(250mL), using a strainer or infuser if desired. 
  3. Allow to brew for 5-7 minutes. 
  4. Enjoy one cup daily, ideally in the evening. During pregnancy or while breastfeeding, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. 

InsuCalm Lemon Grass & Ginger

  1. Shake the pouch gently to ensure the herbal tea blend is evenly mixed. 
  2. Place 1 1⁄2 teaspoon of the herbal tea blend (approximately2-3g) into a cup of freshly boiled water(250mL). 
  3. Allow to brew for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Strain and enjoy warm or chilled over ice. 
  5. For added flavour, stir in a teaspoon of honey and a squeeze of fresh lemon, if desired.
  6. Drink 1-3 cups daily, as needed.

How long would it take to receive my order?

Please note that processing times may vary depending on the availability of the product and other factors. For example, deliveries to remote or regional areas may take longer, and deliveries during peak periods or public holidays may also be delayed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

How much would it cost to ship my order  ?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method you select and the destination of your order. During the checkout process, you will be provided with the exact shipping cost for your order.

What is the usual order processing time ?

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day from the date of purchase. Please allow additional time for processing during peak seasons or promotional events. 

Can I track my order ?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status and location of your package. You can track your order by visiting the provided tracking link or by logging into your Vitolume account.

Is it possible to return an item after purchase?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I request a refund ?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
