How to Take

InsuCalm Blend-8

Shake the pouch gently to ensure the herbal tea blend is evenly mixed. 

Add11⁄2 teaspoon of the herbal tea blend (approximately 3-5g) into a cup of freshly boiled water(250mL), using a strainer or infuser if desired. 

Allow to brew for 5-7 minutes. 

Enjoy one cup daily, ideally in the evening. During pregnancy or while breastfeeding, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. 

InsuCalm Lemongrass & Ginger 

Shake the pouch gently to ensure the herbal tea blend is evenly mixed. 

Place11⁄2 teaspoon of the herbal tea blend (approximately2-3g) into a cup of freshly boiled water(250mL). 

Allow to brew for 3-5 minutes. 

Strain and enjoy warm or chilled over ice. 

For added flavour, stir in a teaspoon of honey and a squeeze of fresh lemon, if desired.

Drink 1-3 cups daily, as needed.
